The BetterMe Store Studio activation, held on October 23rd, was a seamless, full-service execution by BOOKED & BUSY from ideation and creative direction to production and on-site management. Designed as an editorial-style experience with a chic New York loft aesthetic, the space featured a daylight studio, sleek fall-inspired accents, and a white photo-roll backdrop for elevated content capture. Every branded detail, from director’s chairs and mirrors to a custom coffee cart, campaign boards, and minimalist racks, was curated to create a polished, monochromatic environment that highlighted BetterMe’s new collection in an elegant and immersive way.

The event was led by BetterMe’s top trainer pick and New York fitness staple, Grace Freyre, who hosted an energizing mat pilates class centered around BetterMe’s new equipment line, the hero focus of the activation. Grace seamlessly integrated the brand’s products into the workout, bringing the collection to life in an authentic and engaging way for attending influencers. BOOKED & BUSY also negotiated and managed her influencer deliverables, ensuring seamless alignment with BetterMe’s campaign goals. As a testament to the event’s success and impact, Grace went above and beyond by sharing an additional Instagram feed post outside of her contracted deliverables, organically amplifying the campaign’s reach and enthusiasm.
