Over the course of a year-long partnership, BOOKED & BUSY partnered with Grüns to bring the brand to life through six high-impact experiential activations designed to drive product trial, cultural relevance, and community growth.
Spanning New York City, Montauk, and Los Angeles, the work ranged from large-scale guerrilla marketing and immersive public pop-ups to curated influencer programming, wellness experiences, and culturally relevant moments tied to key seasonal launches. Each activation was intentionally designed to translate Grüns’ digital momentum into meaningful real-world brand experiences while creating highly shareable content moments online.
Notable activations included a 10-foot gummy bear installation in Flatiron Plaza, a city-wide Grinch sleigh sampling experience across Manhattan, a wellness weekend takeover in Montauk, an immersive Los Angeles wellness pop-up, a US Open-inspired influencer padel club, and a winter “MangOasis” experience celebrating the launch of Mango Sorbet.
Across the partnership, BOOKED & BUSY led overall creative ideation, experiential strategy, influencer programming, partnerships, production, guest experience, and on-site execution, building a scalable experiential ecosystem that blended community, content, and culture.
