BOOKED & BUSY partnered with Banila Co to concept, produce, and execute a fully immersive Coachella campaign centered around experiential beauty discovery, creator-led storytelling, and culturally relevant festival engagement. The multi-touchpoint activation included a branded creator house, mobile sampling sorbet trolleys, shoppable TikTok Live integrations, influencer programming, guerrilla marketing via double decker Vanity Van with onsite sales and makeup artists, plane banner that circled the festival grounds all weekend ong, and custom content environments designed to drive both in-person interaction and large-scale social reach.
