BOOKED & BUSY ideated and executed the “BIG Flavor NYC Takeover” for Grüns from July 31st - August 2nd, 2025, a high-energy sampling and marketing campaign across Manhattan to drive mass brand awareness. At Flatiron Plaza, a 10-foot custom Grüns gummy bear anchored the activation, drawing in foot traffic for photo ops, samples, and real-time product education. Over 46,000+ people passed through, with hundreds stopping to engage, many having seen Grüns online and excited to try it IRL. Street teams canvassed the city with oversized, yellow tote bags filled with Grüns sachets, creating a mobile billboard effect. The branded Rivian truck doubled as a rolling sampling station, hitting key city hotspots.

To amplify the presence, we layered in bold out-of-home moments: branded street flyers, custom hand-stencils in Grüns’ signature colors, product stickers, and a 55ft billboard takeover in Times Square. We also curated content throughout the campaign to fuel Grüns’ owned channels and social growth.
